Welcome to the website of PT Sincha Sembilan Nusantara. By accessing and using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read all of these terms and conditions before making a transaction.
Minimum Order
We set a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each order of our products, which is 25 tons. All orders must meet this MOQ requirement and will be shipped under the Free On Board (FOB) scheme, which means the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer once the goods are shipped from the port.
Payment
Payment for each order of our products must follow the following conditions:
- A down payment of 50% of the total order value must be made at the time of order confirmation..
- The remaining 50% of the total order value must be settled before delivery of the goods.
We accept payment through the method previously agreed with the buyer. PT Sincha Sembilan Nusantara reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until payment is received in full.
Estimated Production
The estimated production time of charcoal briquettes is about 3-4 weeks, starting after we receive order confirmation and advance payment. Every stage of production is carried out with great care to ensure the quality of the products produced is up to our standards.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time is between 14 to 60 working days, depending on the terms and processes of the shipping carrier. Shipments may experience delays due to destination location, weather conditions, and other logistical factors. We will provide regular delivery status updates.
Price and Product Changes
PT Sincha Sembilan Nusantara reserves the right to make changes to prices and products at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will still be guaranteed for orders being processed.
Warranty and Claims
We are committed to providing the highest quality charcoal briquette products. In the event that the product received does not conform to the agreed specifications, the buyer has the right to file a claim within 7 days of receipt of the product. All claims must be accompanied by valid evidence, such as product photos or videos. We will process claims and provide solutions in accordance with company policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
The buyer cannot cancel the order once the order is confirmed and the down payment is made. In case of cancellation on the part of the buyer, the down payment is non-refundable. Cancellation can only be considered in special cases agreed upon by both parties.
Limitation of Liability
PT Sincha Sembilan Nusantara shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred due to late delivery or product non-conformity caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, or global logistics disruptions.
Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users in accordance with our privacy policy. All information collected from users will only be used for the purpose of ordering, delivery and service improvement.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or transactions with PT Sincha Sembilan Nusantara shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the applicable laws of Indonesia.
