The following terms and conditions apply to each product order. Please read and understand the following conditions before placing an order to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Minimum Order
We set a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for each order of our products, which is 25 tons. All orders must meet this MOQ requirement and will be shipped under the Free On Board (FOB) scheme, which means the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer once the goods are shipped from the port.
Payment
Payment for each order of our products must follow the following conditions: payment begins with a down payment of 50% of the total order value which must be made at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% of the total order value must be paid off before delivery of the goods.
Estimated Production
For each order of charcoal briquettes is about 3-4 weeks. This production process will start once we receive the order confirmation and down payment. We are committed to ensuring that every stage of production is carried out with care and precision, guaranteeing high product quality.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time is between 14 to 60 working days, depending on the terms and processes of the shipping carrier. This delivery time may vary depending on the destination location and prevailing logistics conditions. We will provide information and updates regarding the delivery status on a regular basis.
