1. What are the products offered by Sincha Sembilan Nusantara?
We provide various types of high-quality charcoal briquettes that can be used for shisha, BBQ, and other purposes. Our products are made from quality raw materials and go through a tightly controlled production process to ensure optimal performance, such as long burning and minimal smoke.
2. Can I order charcoal briquettes with customized specifications?
Yes, we offer ordering services for charcoal briquettes with customized specifications according to your needs. We can produce briquettes of specific sizes, shapes and compositions to order, provided they meet the minimum order requirement (MOQ).
3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for ordering charcoal briquettes?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 25 tons for each order. Orders less than this amount cannot be processed. All shipments are made under the Free On Board (FOB) scheme, where the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer once the goods are shipped from the port.
4. How to place an order?
You can place an order by contacting us through the contact available on the website or filling out the order form that we have provided. Once we receive your order, we will confirm the order and provide details regarding the payment process and production time.
5. What are the payment terms?
We apply a payment policy with a down payment of 50% of the total order value which must be made at order confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the goods. We will provide details of payment methods at order confirmation.
6. How long is the production time for each order of charcoal briquettes?
Our production time ranges from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your order quantity and desired product specifications. Production will begin once we receive the down payment.
7. How long is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery time ranges from 14 to 60 working days, depending on the delivery location and the expedition service used. We will provide regular delivery information throughout the process.
8. Is there a warranty for the product I ordered?
We are committed to delivering high quality products. If any product does not conform to specifications or is damaged during shipment, you may file a claim within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your claim and provide the best solution at our discretion.
9. Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made, it cannot be canceled. However, in certain cases, cancellation may be considered upon agreement between both parties.
10. Does Sincha Sembilan Nusantara deliver internationally?
Yes, we do accept international shipments subject to applicable terms and conditions. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the location and expedition service used.
